Site Manager – Facilities Job Summary: As a Site Manager – Facilities, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and construction projects at assigned site(s), ensuring efficient management of both internal teams and external vendors. This role involves strategic planning, design, and execution of various projects within these locations. Key Responsibilities: Facility Operations: 
  • Emphasis on maintaining critical mechanical systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) 
  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including international projects with occasional travel 
  • Ensure timely maintenance and replacement of building systems 
  • Support audits and inspections 
  • Manage work order platform Konos 
  • Maintain inventory of corporate supplies 
  • Coordinate special events, move requests, and furniture reconfigurations
