We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a student accommodation project in Dundee on an immediate start.
This is a 2-month contract focused on the final stages of the project, so we're looking for someone with a strong eye for detail and proven experience managing finishing trades. A strong M&E background is essential, as you'll be overseeing the completion and coordination of mechanical and electrical works alongside the finishing programme.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the finishing phase of a live student accommodation project.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and finishing trades.
Ensure M&E works are completed to programme and specification.
Drive quality, snagging, and handover processes.
Maintain health & safety standards on site.
