Site Manager - Planned Maintenance
* Project - L&Q contract: Kitchen and bathrooms on scattered properties
* Salary - Up to £65k + car allowance + fuel card
* Location - Covering East London

A well-respected and established planned maintenance main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to oversee the delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works on behalf of L&Q, managing projects across scattered occupied properties throughout East London.
Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of refurbishment works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
