TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a well-established contractor to oversee a school refurbishment projects. This freelance opportunity is expected to last 6 weeks and 2/3 weeks and is ideal for a proactive Site Manager with refurbishment experience and cladding experience who can deliver works safely, efficiently and to programme within a live education environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the refurbishment works, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining high health and safety standards, and ensuring the project is completed to a high standard.
