Location: Bovingdon We are currently searching for a Site Manager to lead a new residential project in the heart of Bovingdon, Hemel Hempstead. This development will deliver 6 high-end houses comprised of a mixture of detached and semi-detached plots. This opportunity will see you delivering the scheme from start to finish.
Role:
Take full responsibility as the lead on-site manager for the successful delivery of a 6-unit residential development from inception through to handover.
Manage and coordinate all daily site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Lead and supervise subcontractors, labour, and site teams, ensuring productivity and performance targets are achieved.
