Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Coventry
Project: Hospital
Rate: £260-£2300 per day

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a busy interiors fit out project in Coventry, this will be working on a hospital project and previous NHS and fit out work is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
  • Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Managing snagging lists and quality control
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
  • Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
  • Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion

    • Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on healthcare, NHS projects
  • Interiors and Fit Out experience for a Main contractor
  • Valid SMSTS, CSC...
