    Key accountabilities

  • Be accountable for the overall site safety implementing and championing the Safety (HSE) Plan following ONE Dematic standard across the portfolio undertaking peer reviews of colleagues’ sites as requested.
  • Identify and analyse (potential) problems/ risks and opportunities and autonomously be able to initiate corrective/ preventive measures, providing updates to the project team.
  • Direct and influence the agreed sequence and project schedule to optimise installation performance and the realization of opportunities building trust and confidence throughout the value chain.
