Job Description
We are recruiting for an experienced Civils / Groundworks Site Manager to oversee the delivery of infrastructure and groundworks packages on a large-scale mixed-use commercial development in North Bristol.
The wider scheme is a significant regeneration project incorporating commercial buildings, infrastructure, and associated external works. The development is progressing through major construction phases and requires a capable Site Manager to take full responsibility for the groundworks element of the build.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will lead all groundworks operations on site, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery in line with programme requirements.
You will be responsible for managing subcontractors and direct labour, coordinating plant and materials, and ensuring works are completed to specification and within deadlines.
