About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of fast‑track retail and café fit‑out projects across the UK. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in quick‑turnaround environments and has hands‑on experience delivering fit-outs for well‑known coffee shop or café brands.
You will be responsible for day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring that each project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to brand quality standards. With a strong focus on coordination, programme delivery, and safety, you’ll ensure sites run smoothly from setup to handover.
