SITE MANAGER

If you’re a Site Manager coming from a T2 or T3 background and keen to take ownership of your sites with the backing of a well-run team, read on.

This builder delivers bespoke residential and commercial projects, and this role has a strong focus on office and hospitality work across the CBD and inner Melbourne. They’re known for their attention to detail and genuine integrity, with a solid pipeline ahead. Projects are properly resourced, programs are realistic and you’re trusted to run your site without unnecessary interference.

The role suits someone with 5+ years’ experience, ideally with exposure to high-end fitout, complex builds or low to mid-rise multi-res projects. You’re comfortable managing trades and consultants, maintaining strong safety and quality standards and keeping projects on track through good planning rather than firefighting.
