Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a $4m school project in Preston. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on running a clean, safe and well-organised site — and delivering quality outcomes for the community.
The Project:
You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of a new school facility, coordinating trades, programme, safety, quality and day-to-day site operations from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Full site management and supervision of all on-site activities
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries
- Driving the construction programme and meeting key milestones
- Ensuring high standards of workmanship
- Managing site safety, compliance and toolbox talks
- Working closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders
- Resolving issues quickly and keeping the site running smoothly
