Site Manager

Alpha Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager / Construction Supervisor to manage a build project on a school. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with strong site management experience who is also willing to support trades on‑site when required. The successful candidate will oversee day‑to‑day operations, manage subcontractors, maintain health & safety standards, and ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
