The Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the shift Mechanics. You will support and improve maintenance operations by becoming the technical expert on all the production equipment for your site. You will troubleshoot and repair equipment, and lead by example.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead by example & foster an environment of mutual respect & teamwork among team members.
• Work closely with operations departments to provide immediate support to meet operational targets.
• Train, coach, guide, and mentor shift mechanics.
• Ensure troubleshooting and repairs are performed safely and efficiently.
• Complete maintenance projects as required.
• Ensure Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs are followed.
