Description
+ Lead the Training Centre Operations (TCO) team within the Defence & Security unit, overseeing a training centre providing operational and maintenance support to DND in Gagetown, NB.
+ Manage and lead a team of 12+ employees delivering In-Service Support (ISS) for the CH146 simulator.
+ Ensure all required resources, tools, and capabilities are in place to meet contractual obligations.
+ Deliver maintenance and customer support services that meet or exceed contractual requirements, while respecting scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
+ Act as a key point of contact for the Technical Authority, local squadrons, third-party contractors, and partner agencies regarding ISS operations.
