Keeping a tab on the essential details

Achieving a balance between seeing the big picture and attending to details is top of your mind. To deliver high-quality property management services, you’ll ensure your team has relevant and up-to-date skills. To keep finances on track, you’llmonitor and create budget plans and management reports based on business objectives. Part of your responsibilities is also being our liaison officer who takes charge of our major programmes on-site and coordinates with the relevant parties.

As the person in charge, you’ll manage the site’s daily activities and ensure that all essential operational processes are followed.
