Site Inspector - QA/QC

We are seeking a Site Inspector (QA/QC) who will ensure that design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover activities comply with contract documents, approved drawings, project specifications, client standards, statutory regulations and the approved Quality Management System. Key Responsibilities: Review and monitor the contractors Project Quality Plan, ITPs, method statements and quality procedures. Review material submittals, technical submissions and manufacturers documents before procurement and installation. Monitor inspections for: Architectural works Structural works Mechanical systems Electrical and ELV systems Fire-protection systems Specialist systems Conduct regular site-quality inspections. Identify quality deficiencies and issue site observations and NCRs. Verify corrective and preventive actions.
