Site Inspector - Mechanical

We are seeking for a Site Inspector (Mechanical) who will provide mechanical engineering support for Design & Build interior fit-out projects by reviewing mechanical designs, supervising HVAC and plumbing installations and ensuring that mechanical systems are installed, tested and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, statutory requirements and applicable standards. Key Responsibilities: Review mechanical drawings, HVAC calculations, plumbing layouts, shop drawings, builders work drawings, material submittals and method statements. Supervise and inspect the installation of: HVAC systems Chilled-water modifications Air-distribution systems VAV boxes and FCUs Ductwork and piping Thermal insulation Ventilation systems Plumbing and drainage Associated mechanical equipment Coordinate mechanical works with architectural, structural, electrical, ELV and fire-protection disciplines.
