Part 4. Job Content

Role Objective: To provide architectural engineering support for the successful delivery of Design & Build interior fit-out projects by reviewing designs, monitoring construction activities, inspecting architectural works, coordinating technical interfaces, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.

4.1 Key Accountabilities

• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and technical submissions for compliance with project specifications, Company standards.
• Inspect and monitor all architectural and interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, doors, glazing, joinery, furn...
