Manage a small, well-defined organizational unit with homogenous functions within Site/Infrastructure Management

Description of function

• Cooperate in identifying and developing proposals for optimization as well as implement derived measures
• Provide support to other functional departments to accomplish overall corporate duties
• Provide leadership (technical and disciplinary) to a small, well-defined organizational unit with homogenous functions (e.g. apprentices)
• Conduct personnel deployment planning and disposition taking into consideration the corporate goals
• Instruct, promote, motivate and evaluate employees; initiate disciplinary measures as required
• Assure accomplishment of objectives and quality through an efficient use of systems/ processes/ methods
