Solar Construction Safety Management

  • Implement and enforce the Project HSE Plan for solar farm construction
  • Oversee safety during:PV module installationMounting structure assemblyDC cabling and inverter installationSubstation and grid interconnection works
  • Conduct daily site safety inspections and hazard assessments
  • Ensure proper use of PPE specific to solar works (arc flash, electrical safety)

    • Electrical & High-Risk Activity Safety

  • Monitor and control risks related to:DC electrical systems (live current hazards)Energization and commissioning activitiesWork at heights (panel installation, structures)Lifting operations (modules, trackers, equipment)Excavation and trenching for cable routing
  • Enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during electrical works
  • Ensure compliance with safe energization protocols
