Flextronics - The Flex Company in Senai, Johor is seeking a Site HR Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives that support sustainable growth. You will partner with the GM and regional HR to manage talent, workforce planning, performance reviews, and employee relations across a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include developing and delivering HR programs with COEs and GBS, driving engagement, and ensuring compliant lifecycle activities from onboarding to exit.
