Role Overview

The Site Foreman / Site Manager is responsible for the supervision, coordination, and execution of daily construction activities on site to ensure work is completed safely, on programme, within quality standards, and in accordance with company procedures and contractual requirements. The role requires strong leadership, practical construction knowledge, planning capability, and the ability to manage labour, subcontractors, materials, plant, and work fronts effectively. The Site Foreman / Site Manager acts as the operational link between senior management and site labour and is responsible for maintaining productivity and discipline on site.
