Job Title: Site Foreman – Low Voltage / Fiber Installation
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead low voltage installation projects in large-scale commercial environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage field operations, coordinate with multiple trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and supervise a team of technicians (approx. 5–6 members) on active job sites
+ Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to plan daily work activities
+ Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to maintain project flow
+ Manage project timelines, escalations, and progress reporting to leadership
+ Order and track materials to ensure uninterrupted workflow
+ Oversee installation of fiber optic and Cat6 cabling in conduit and cable tray systems
