Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing on-site activities
  • Managing work crews
  • Ensuring safety compliance
  • Supporting the execution of ground engineering techniques
  • Working closely with engineers and supervisors to ensure timely and quality project delivery

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Technical certificate or higher in a relevant field is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Geotechnical site work
  • Solid understanding of geotechnical methods and equipment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of site testing - ZLT, PLT, CPT
  • Ability to understand basic site drawings and communicate site plan with Operators
