Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day-to-day operations.
- Familiar with structural work.
- Develop a work schedule for workers.
- Supervise all construction workers.
- Solve disputes between workers.
- Carry out inspection of workers' personal protective equipment and safety gear to adhere to the company's safety policies.
- Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors.
- Report on progress to managers, quantity surveyor etc.
