Site Facilities Administrator

Duties And Responsibilities
Overall in-charge of facilities of the site (checking, repairs and replacement, coordination with contractors)
In-charge of opening the office
To handle employees ( Security Personnel, Lobby Coordinator and Maintenance Personnel), duties include monitoring, evaluation and training
In charge of Emergency Response team
Administering site policies
On call during emergency situations
Requirements
With a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or any related course
Work experience on the same field is an advantage but not required
With good moral character
Willing to undergo extensive training
Can work with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills
Possesses a strong leadership skill that can manage a team
