Kingfisher Telecom is hiring a hands-on Civil Site Engineer to oversee the upgrade and fit-out of an existing commercial building in Gurgaon. This role is focused on practical site execution, coordination, and delivery.
We are looking for someone with strong on-site experience who can manage contractors and ensure the project is completed on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site activities including painting, flooring, ceilings, basic electrical work, and finishing tasks
- Coordinate and manage contractor teams and labour
- Ensure proper sequencing of work to avoid delays
- Monitor daily progress and maintain quality standards
- Ensure timely availability of materials and resources
