Responsibilities:

• Utilize expertise in Civil Engineering to accurately estimate project costs for Commercial Site Development projects.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of project requirements, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop detailed cost proposals and bid documents.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to inform cost estimations and maintain competitive pricing.
