Requirements:
ā¢ Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction
ā¢ Strong technical knowledge in site execution, materials, and drawings
ā¢ Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients
ā¢ Good client interaction and communication skills
ā¢ Kannada speaking is mandatory (speaking proficiency only)
ā¢ Ability to handle daily site supervision, quality checks, and reporting
