Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction

• Strong technical knowledge in site execution, materials, and drawings

• Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients

• Good client interaction and communication skills

• Kannada speaking is mandatory (speaking proficiency only)

• Ability to handle daily site supervision, quality checks, and reporting
