Position Purpose

The Head Asset Management & Engineering (Site) is responsible for flawless execution of mechanical, civil, electrical and instrumentation maintenance. The position entails overseeing the management of all assets in a timely and cost effective manner along with ensuring regulatory compliance.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Ensure overall Plant Maintenance and smooth running of machines
  • Drive to improve the quality of machine and related improvement projects at site
  • Develop long term vendor relations for cost effective spares and ensure all critical spares are available at minimum stock
  • Conduct Periodic Maintenance and ensure that any critical issues are addressed on priority
  • Stay updated on current trends and developments in maintenance and provide guidance to upgrade the existing system
