Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor construction activities at project sites. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate updates to management. Manage site-related documentation and maintain accurate records. Ensure safety protocols and site regulations are strictly followed. Conduct site visits and inspections as needed. Required Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices. Proficiency in using AutoCAD and related software. Good understanding of project management tools and reporting. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
