The incumbent will supervise the installation of Otis lifts, escalators and dumbwaiters for assigned projects from commencement to completion including handover to Service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safety – Ensure Otis Safety Requirements work compliance (OSS) pertaining to work activities are being adhered to.
- Quality
- Implements and maintains all ISO 9000 procedures.
- Regular check to installation quality based on Otis’ in-house quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with main contractor, other subcontractors and owner for other works related to lift / escalator installation quality.
- Arranges for electrical power to be available for testing of lifts.
