Overview :
We are looking for a disciplined and technically competent Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-site execution of residential and commercial projects for one of our client. The role involves ensuring that all construction and finishing works are carried out strictly as per approved architectural and structural drawings, while meeting defined quality standards and project timelines. The Site Engineer will play a key role in bridging site execution with design intent through effective supervision, coordination, and documentation.
Job Responsibilities :
Site Execution & Supervision :
Supervise daily civil and finishing activities such as block work, plastering, flooring, and interior works.
Ensure all work is executed strictly as per approved drawings with zero deviations.
Check line, level, and layout before and during execution to avoid rework.
Plan and manage labor deployment and coordinate material availability for uninterrupted workflow.
