Job Title: Site Engineer

Department: Construction Operations
Reports To: Project-in-Charge (PIC) / Project Manager
Work Location: Assigned Project Site(s)

Role Summary

The Site Engineer is responsible for day-to-day technical supervision of construction works on site, ensuring that drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines are followed.

This role bridges plans and execution—making sure what is built on site is accurate, safe, and aligned with approved designs and schedules.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Supervision

  • Supervise daily construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and work schedules
  • Ensure correct implementation of plans, details, and shop drawings
  • Coordinate closely with foremen, subcontractors, and site workers
  • Monitor workmanship and immediately flag deviations or quality issues
