The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. This role focuses on day-to-day site execution, contractor supervision, and real-time problem-solving to support efficient and quality delivery of works on the ground.

• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality control checklists to ensure all works meet project specifications and industry standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits for structural, architectural, and M&E works to verify compliance with approved drawings and method statements.

• Identify non-conformities and quality issues, issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and follow up with contractors on timely corrective and preventive actions.
