Site Engineer

Ayala Land Group is looking for a Site Engineer

Responsibilities include but not limited to the ff:

• Responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising daily project activities.
• Ensures all works are executed according to approved plans, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.
• Coordinates with project management, contractors, and work groups for seamless operations.
• Oversees material and equipment requirements; monitors project progress, cost, and consumption against budget; and prepares regular status reports.
• Interprets and implements technical plans, provides coaching to subordinates, and enforces environmental, health, safety, and security policies on site.
• Has solid experience in construction operations (fit out, structural, façade, and architectural works).
• Preferably with background as Person-in-Charge (PIC), Project Engineer, or Project Superintendent.
