Job Description

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Leadership skills is highly required.
  • Conducts project site inspections and meetings
  • Conducts weekly supervision and monitoring of project managers, labor subcontractors and foremen assigned in every project site to ensure that target accomplishment, project deadlines and quality standards are met at all times.
  • Represents the company DEZMAR CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT together with site admin in client meetings.
  • Ensure that every team assigned in every project site is able to efficiently attend client concerns.
  • Submits required report in a timely manner.
  • Performs other engineering-related tasks as requested by immediate head or company owner.

Qualifications:

  • College/bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional License in Civil Engineering (preferred)
