Job Description
- Responsible for site operations involving structural, architectural and other related civil and finishing works
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Conducts daily meeting and weekly operations meetings
- Prepares accomplishment reports and evaluate progress billing
- Manage the site day-to-day basis
- Coordinate and assists the subcontractor for the proper execution of work assignment
- Monitors and submit reports for on-going projects in all group from time to time
- Random checks quality of works, construction methods and perform material testing on on-going construction sites, land development and confirm product compliance with the design and specification
- at least 6 months to 1 year working experience
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Can Drive 4 Wheels and Motorcycle
- Willing to assign in DA lipa Batangas
- Can Start ASAP
