Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Managing the site day-to-day, including supervising and monitoring the site progress and the work of any subcontractors.
• To submit Approval Chit (AC) for inspection with consultants and subcontractors.
• Checking civil and structural drawings, shop drawings for any discrepancies before proceeding with the works.
• Managing the progress of work and ensuring adherence to timelines.
• To liaise with consultants, contractors for construction activities and resolving problems.
• Preparing monthly site progress reports, progress slides, minutes of subcontractor meetings, etc.
• Working with supervisors to ensure safety compliance and the creation of a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Possesses at least a Bachelor in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
