Site Engineer

Job Purpose

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating facility management operations at site, ensuring smooth execution of maintenance activities, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and timely reporting to clients and management.

Key Responsibilities

Site Operations & Maintenance

Supervise day-to-day facility management activities (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Civil & Soft Services as applicable).

Monitor site work progress and ensure quality standards are met.

Vendor & Manpower Management

Coordinate with subcontractors and service vendors.

Supervise technicians and housekeeping staff deployed at site.

Verify attendance, work execution, and service delivery.

Client Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact at site for the client.

Attend site meetings, inspections, and audits.
