Site Engineer - Civil

Site Engineer – Civil at Sarjan Homes Pty Ltd will be responsible to manage several Residential Projects by ensuring they are delivered to budget, time and with a particular focus on Quality Assurance activities.

Duties & responsibilities

1.Control the project cost and assisted in reviewing and verifying subcontractor progress claims, measure the drawing and calculate quantities and performed quantity take-offs and prepared material estimates.

2.Studying project concept, architectural, structural drawings, and methodology.

3.Attend meeting with the client and the contractor to discuss project progress and quality of work, preparation of progress report during the project. Ensure inspection and testing of construction materials reports.

4.Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.

5.Estimate quantities and cost of labour, materials and equipment to determine project feasibility.
