Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulations
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and quality standards
  • Monitor site progress and performance of workers and subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate records of material usage and labour costs
  • Conduct site meetings with workers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Assist Project Manager and Site Manager in project scheduling and coordination
  • Communicate project progress and site issues effectively to management
  • Assist in interpreting technical drawings and designs
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day site operations
  • Maintain good working relationships with workers, contractors, and suppliers
  • Implement changes in project plans as required
  • Identify potential site issues early and take preventive action
