We're seeking an experienced pharmaceutical leader with:

- 10+ years in pharma, biotech, CDMO, or regulated manufacturing

- Proven experience leading greenfield projects, site start-ups, facility transformations, or major capital projects

- Strong knowledge of GMP manufacturing environments

- Experience managing complex stakeholder groups across engineering, operations, quality, and executive teams

- A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale organizations from the ground up
