Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure that the design and construction works comply with all the relevant statutory acts, regulations and practices
- Responsible for daily on-site technical matters
- Supervise & coordinate day-to-day site works, including sub-contract works, maintenance, safety and quality control
- Regular site inspection & upkeep site record
- To lead and manage duties for our own workers
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s)
- Experience in construction/precast projects
- Good communication skills and positive working attitude
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in the related field
- 6 days work week
- Proactive and with a positive mentality
- Having the following certificates is not compulsory but will be a bonus
- BCSS
- Managing Work at Heights
- Boomlift Operator Course
