We are seeking a dependable and organized Site Coordinator to oversee daily operations at project or property sites. This role ensures that all on-site activities run smoothly, safely, and efficiently by coordinating between teams, managing logistics, and supporting project timelines and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day site operations and ensure schedules are met
  • Act as a liaison between contractors, vendors, project managers, and clients
  • Monitor site safety, compliance, and access control
  • Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment
  • Assist with site documentation, reporting, and progress tracking
  • Support problem-solving for on-site issues and communicate updates to leadership
