Job Description
Maintain and organize project documentation including drawings, permits, contracts, and reports.
Update and distribute project documents as needed, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the latest information.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Serve as a liaison between site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management.
Communicate project updates, schedules, and deadlines to relevant parties.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to the project.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, material deliveries, workforce attendance and ISO documentation related.
Assist in tracking project expenses, invoices, and budgetary allocations.
Generate regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.
