Site Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site architectural activities, ensuring all work aligns with the approved plans and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor daily construction activities and progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal design teams to address and resolve issues efficiently.
• Evaluate and authorize materials, finishes, and workmanship prior to installation.
• Compile technical reports, snag lists, variation records, and other progress documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, design intent, and project schedules.
• Promptly address site-related concerns and escalate urgent matters when necessary.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect; experienced in Project Management, QAQC and/or Construction Management is an advantage.
