  • Site Administrators - 14/7 roster - 10 hour days

  • Front Office Attendants - 14/7 roster - 10 hour days
  • The Person

  • A team player with the ability to multi-task in busy environments

  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in administration

  • Certificate II in Business (desirable)

  • Experience using accommodation booking systems within a hospitality or tourism environment

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

  • High standard of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail

  • A team player with a professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people, from front line staff to senior management

  • Exemplary customer service skills and communication

  • Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
