Site Administrator, Zurich Mercury

Key Responsibilities (English)

  • Notifying the involved for taking appropriate action on the pending documents and invoices.
  • General Administration Office Duties – filing, typing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
  • Sorting, storing, retrieving, and taking control of technical documentation and contractual information (if applicable), documents related to the scope of work of parties and site documentation, and ensuring all documents from clients are up to date and circulated within the company.
  • Uploading timesheets on SAP.
  • Goods receiving materials.
  • Managing flights and accommodation for all team members.
  • Management of the office and facilities.
  • Manage weekly and bi‑weekly reports.
